Reporting

If You Can’t Measure It, You Can’t Improve it

When we ask potential clients what’s the number one thing they want from their paid search campaigns they say: qualified leads. They want the phone to ring and contact form submissions that lead to sales.

Yet when we (nicely) ask them – how many leads do you currently get each month? How many from calls? How may from paid search? From your website? From your radio campaign? They typically have no idea. When asked why the tell us it’s too much of a pain to find the reports on those stats and when they do it’s almost impossible to read and figure out what’s going on.

Metrics That Are Easy, Intuitive and Fun to Review

We understand, you have a business to run so you don’t have time to bother with confusing spreadsheets.  That’s why we offer the following:

  • The Buzz.  Our custom designed dashboard that has all the metrics you really care about available with one glance. You tell us exactly what you care about most and we upload it on a dashboard so you can visually see exactly what’s going on. 24/7– you can see exactly what is going on with all your campaigns.
  • Call Tracking Metrics. We can track all your calls. Where they came from online and off line, how long the call lasted, and if you want, you can listen to each recorded call to hear exactly what your reps are saying. Note– it’s probably not what you’re think they are. You can read more about it here.
  • Semi monthly meetings where we go over our learnings, insights, and next steps. We dive deep into the data (we’re data geeks!) and distill our insights down so it’s both easy to understand and useful. We regularly review this with you, discuss the options, and then together agree on the next steps. Once you get the hang of it, it’s actually fun to see how it all works together.

We want you to learn what’s going on because that makes you a better partner and you can appreciate all the stuff we’re doing that much more.

Are you ready to give your marketing and search a buzz?

Let’s get caffeinated.
