Bel Air Dental Care is a dental clinic located in the heart of Fallston, Maryland, founded in 1985.
The Client’s Challenges:
- Bel Air Dental was spending a chunk of change on Google Ads and had no clear idea about the return they were getting.
- Reports they received from their agency were automated, confusing and contained no usable insights. The client didn’t even know what questions to ask to get clarity.
- They had no idea how many calls were coming from the website, word of mouth, Google Ads, or social media.
- The whole “digital marketing thing” seemed overwhelming and confusing – SEO? SEM? Paid search? Social Media? Mobile friendliness? They needed someone to explain things so they could understand what was needed.

- We performed a thorough audit and optimization of their website. We found that it was neither well optimized nor mobile friendly. We worked closely with their web design team to get it up to speed.
- We performed a thorough audit of their Google Ads campaigns. There was no testing of different ads, inbound traffic was going solely to the homepage, and it was generally very poorly configured. We completely revamped it to focus on what the client cared about most: Prospective clients calling in or filling out an appointment form.
- Because the campaign was so poorly configured and the client did not own it, we created a new campaign from scratch, completely in the client’s name so that they will always own it.
- We installed a solution to track inbound calls from all sources.
- We created a customized report that focused on what metrics the client cared about. We reviewed it regularly with the client so they could ask questions and make suggestions to make it easier.
- The number of patients more than doubled.
- The Cost per Conversion (getting a potential patient to contact them) was reduced by 90%.
- Phone calls increased dramatically.
- They like us so much, they recommended us to a dentist outside their geographic region.
